Bournemouth put out a strong team to beat Birmingham City 2-1 in the English Football League Cup. The Cherries were behind 1-0 at half time, but goals from Fraser at the start of the second half and Pugh in the 68th minute saw them go through.
A crowd of only 8,245 were at the match. Incredibly, Bournemouth have never lost at Birmingham in 10 games.
