Bournemouth’s best ever run of form in the Premier League came to an end with a 4-1 defeat at Huddersfield. This was arguably the Cherries worst performance of the season with the whole team playing poorly and Huddersfield wanting the win more.
The game started badly for AFC Bournemouth when they went behind after only 7 minutes, but they quickly equalised from a smooth move and a calm finish from Stanislas in the 13th minute. Huddersfield took command of the game from that moment on though and scored again in the 27th minute through Mounie. They scored again in the 67th and 90th minute to wrap up a deserved win.
Bournemouth will need to pick their heads up and work harder to make up for this terrible performance.
