The Cherries lost 2-1 at Newcastle, their longest journey of the season. They started well and scored a fine goal through Harry Wilson from a well practiced corner. Fraser nearly made it two for Bournemouth a few minutes later, but his effort was cleared off the line.
Newcastle almost scored through the ever dangerous Saint-Maximin who hit the bar before Yedlin headed in the equaliser after 42 minutes.
