Cherries well beaten at Liverpool

AFC Bournemouth

It was never going to be easy travelling to in form Liverpool and going behind after only 7 minutes to a Mané goal did not make the job easier. Liverpool dominated the first half and Bournemouth striker Defoe only had three touches during that time. There was still some hope for Bournemouth at 1 – 0 down though.

Things did not change much at the start of the second half and a magical headed goal by goal machine Salah in the 69th minute seemingly finished the game. The Cherries were not finished and started to play there best football of the match and almost scored from a Surman shot. The game was completely finished when Firmino scored Liverool’s third in the 90th minute.

Bournemouth left Anfield with their heads held high and can look forward to the next challenge – Man United at home on Wednesday night!

リバプールパブ

The one consolation about the game in Liverpool was the quality of pubs and beer available! Favourites being the ‘Ship and Mitre’ and 18th Century ‘Ye Hole In Ye Wall’.
