Arsene Wenger has been the Manager of Arsenal for more than 20 years and has brought much success including Arsenal winning the Premier League three times in 1997/98, 2001/02 and 2003/04. He has also won the FA Cup 6 times 1997–98, 2001–02, 2002–03, 2004–05, 2013–14 and 2014–15 and the FA Community Shield six times in 1998, 1999, 2002, 2004, 2014 and 2015.

However, he has not won anything for Arsenal in Europe despite consistently playing in the Champions League during his reign. Fans are getting fed up with this perceived lack of success.

Arsene Wenger has become Mr. Arsenal during his 20 years in charge and has seen some very positive changes like the building of a new stadium and a club which is run with relatively little money compared to other rivals; Chelsea, Man United and Man City. I think that he has done a great job overall and has earnt my respect for one, but over the last couple of seasons we have seen weaker and weaker Arsenal teams and the fans are very divided about whether he should leave or not.

His lack of a clear announcement about his future has arguably contributed to a slide in form by Arsenal. I think it is time for him to go or perhaps a better situation would be if he could work alongside another Coach for a season or two and then handover control.

It would be a shame to remember Arsene Wenger in a negative way as he has contributed enormously to Arsenal and has produced some wonderful football playing teams.
